Friel Welch are leading the delivery of over 18,000 sq ft of premium resident amenity spaces at Heron Wharf, Poplar Riverside — featuring a state-of-the-art gym and wellness suite, private cinema, co-working spaces, residents’ lounge, and concierge areas.
Acting on behalf of Woodvalley, our team is responsible for:
- Delivery strategy & programme management – overseeing delivery planning, contractor coordination, and programme control to achieve each stage of the project handover.
- Design management – coordinating all contractor-led design packages to ensure technical compliance, buildability, and design integrity at every stage.
- Procurement & commercial control – leading the tendering, procurement, and appointment of all specialist contractors to maintain quality, cost efficiency, and project momentum.
