After studying at the Royal College of Art and UCL, Ed qualified as an Architect and worked with award-winning practices, Turner Works and Jestico + Whiles, before joining industry-leading property developer, the Berkeley Group. Having overseen the completion of several complex developments over six successful years working at Berkeley, Ed progressed to leading the design and technical team on a multi-phase, mixed-used, regeneration project in London. As a Director at Friel Welch, Ed is a driving force behind the company’s pursuit of innovative design solutions and commitment to excellence on every project.

With over 20 years’ experience working within the commercial teams of the UK’s leading property developers and construction companies, Adam has amassed a wealth of experience in commercial and risk management. Prior to starting FW, Adam led the commercial team on a flagship, £500 million regeneration project of a former London gasworks, on behalf of the Berkeley Group. As a Director at FW, Adam’s experience in cost and project management is instrumental in identifying and eliminating risk for our clients.

India spent four years at the Berkeley Group, working as PA to the Project Director, Senior Technical Manager and Senior Commercial Manager. As Office Manager at Friel Welch, she provides administration support and manages our online presence.

After graduating in Architectural Technology from Birmingham City University, Ranjeet has built extensive experience across housing and regeneration projects. He began his career with a small property developer before moving to award-winning Architects Pollard Thomas Edwards and later joined the Berkeley Group. Over six years at Berkeley, Ranjeet worked on a landmark £500 million regeneration of a former London gasworks, progressing into the role of Technical Manager with responsibility for complex technical delivery. He brings expertise in design, technical management, and large-scale regeneration, driving innovation to achieve successful outcomes on complex developments.
