Friel Welch was founded by Edward Friel and Adam Welch to provide the kind of support often missing between design intent, commercial reality and technical delivery. Having worked within leading developers, contractors and design teams, we understand how projects are conceived, procured, designed and delivered, and where they most often come under pressure.
We work from within the project team, not outside it. Our role is to bring clarity, structure and momentum to complex schemes, helping clients test decisions, manage risk, interrogate design information, protect value and keep projects moving without losing sight of the original ambition.
