Bacton

Friel Welch was appointed to support the consultant procurement and pre-construction coordination strategy for the next phase of the Bacton Estate regeneration on behalf of Mount Anvil. Delivered in partnership with the London Borough of Camden, the scheme comprises 294 new homes, including affordable, social rent and private residential accommodation, as part of the wider transformation of the former Bacton Estate.

Our role focused on facilitating the tendering and appointment of the Stage 3 consultant design team ahead of detailed design progression. Working closely with Mount Anvil's technical team, we coordinated procurement across key disciplines including architecture, structures, MEP, fire engineering, acoustics, landscape and specialist consultant packages.

This ensured project-specific scopes and tender documentation were aligned with programme, procurement and delivery requirements before detailed design progressed.
