TwelveTrees Park

Friel Welch was appointed to provide technical support and package coordination services for Berkeley Homes as part of the delivery strategy for TwelveTrees Park, one of East London's largest regeneration schemes.

The long-term masterplan will deliver more than 4,700 new homes alongside extensive public realm, commercial space, infrastructure and community facilities. Working closely with Berkeley's technical team, Friel Welch provided detailed technical review, design coordination and package management support across key architectural and structural packages as designs progressed from Gateway 2 and detailed design stages toward construction-ready status.

Our role included reviewing consultant and contractor design information, identifying buildability and interface risks, supporting change control processes and coordinating package close-out activities to maintain programme momentum across multiple workstreams.
