Friel Welch was appointed as project manager and quantity surveyor for the internal refurbishment and structural works to a prestigious block of apartments in Holland Park, London.

Our role includes full procurement, cost and contract management services, holding the contractual position through delivery and managing contractors on site to help keep the project running cleanly for the client.

The commission reflects Friel Welch's combined commercial and project management capability on residential fit-out and refurbishment projects in sensitive, high-value settings.
