Church Street

Friel Welch was appointed by Mount Anvil to provide in-depth technical support and package coordination services for the Church Street regeneration project. Our appointment focused on supporting the progression of key contractor design packages from Gateway 2 submission status through to construction-ready issue, providing additional technical resource and coordination support to Mount Anvil's internal technical team.

Working across architectural, structural and specialist packages, our role included detailed review and coordination of consultant and contractor design information, identifying scope gaps, buildability risks, interface issues and compliance considerations. We also supported package close-out processes, change control management, technical assurance reviews, coordination workshops and Asite-based design management activities in line with Mount Anvil's delivery protocols.

The support commission formed part of the wider delivery strategy for one of Westminster's largest regeneration projects, delivering new private and affordable homes alongside significant public realm and community improvements.
