James Clark joins Friel Welch as Associate

Friel Welch has appointed James Clark as an Associate, further strengthening the commercial depth of the team.

James brings considerable experience in cost planning, procurement and contract administration across high-value residential and mixed-use developments. He built his career across Tier 1 developers, main contractors and consultancy, spending over five years at a major UK developer managing trade packages worth in excess of £49 million across two major mixed-tenure schemes, before leading the commercial function at Foras Group, delivering boutique residential schemes for private sale across South London.

At Friel Welch, James adds strength across cost planning, procurement, contract administration and final accounts, with a hands-on approach to keeping projects on budget from inception to completion. His appointment broadens our commercial capability and supports the wider range of schemes we are taking on.
