Ranjeet Dhanjal joins Friel Welch as Associate

Friel Welch has strengthened its team with the appointment of Ranjeet Dhanjal as an Associate.

Ranjeet brings substantial expertise in design, technical management and project delivery. He studied Architectural Technology at Birmingham City University before building his career across housing and regeneration, working with a private developer, then award-winning architects Pollard Thomas Edwards, before moving client-side to a major UK developer. There he spent six years on a large mixed-use regeneration scheme, progressing to Technical Manager with responsibility for complex technical delivery.

At Friel Welch, Ranjeet adds real depth across technical management, design coordination and large-scale regeneration, particularly on the technically complex residential and mixed-use schemes we increasingly take on. His experience navigating higher-risk buildings and the Building Safety Act regime strengthens a part of our offer that clients are asking more of.

His appointment reflects our continued growth as we broaden the range and complexity of the work we deliver. Good to have him on board.
