Adam Welch

Adam Welch is a founding director of Friel Welch, bringing more than 20 years of commercial and risk-management experience to the firm’s cost and project management work. For private clients and family offices planning exceptional homes, his experience helps connect design decisions with their financial and delivery implications.

Before founding Friel Welch, Adam worked within the commercial teams of major UK property developers and construction companies. At the Berkeley Group, he led the commercial team on a £500 million regeneration project on the site of a former London gasworks.

At Friel Welch, Adam’s commercial background complements Edward Friel’s design and technical experience. The firm brings together quantity surveying and cost planning with project management, helping clients understand budgets, procurement choices and the implications of change.
