Friel Welch delivered a 13,000 sq ft state-of-the-art amenities hub in Central London, acting as project manager and cost consultant for Woodvalley Builders.

Developed for Berkeley PLC as the end user, the turnkey scheme brings together lifestyle, wellness and design excellence. The hub includes a luxury spa with swimming pool, a high-specification gym, a residents' lounge with co-working area and a dedicated community workspace, all delivered from concept through to completion.
