Hertford Locks

Friel Welch was appointed by St Joseph to lead the procurement of several key trade packages across Phase 1 of Hertford Locks, a riverside development of apartments and townhouses well located for Hertford East station.

Our role covers the full procurement cycle. We compile the tender enquiries, run the competitive tender using the client's preferred process, then analyse and equalise the returns on a like-for-like basis before setting out a clear recommendation. For each package we produce a bespoke contract in line with the client's own procedures, ready to execute and manage.

The appointment reflects Friel Welch's procurement and commercial capability on major residential developments, giving the client confidence that every package is competitively tendered, fairly compared and cleanly documented.
