Heron Wharf, Poplar Riverside

Friel Welch led the delivery of over 18,000 sq ft of premium resident amenity spaces at Heron Wharf, Poplar Riverside, including a gym and wellness suite, private cinema, co-working spaces, residents' lounge and concierge areas.

Acting on behalf of Woodvalley, our role covered delivery strategy, programme management, contractor coordination and programme control through each stage of handover. We coordinated contractor-led design packages to maintain technical compliance, buildability and design integrity, while also leading procurement, tendering and commercial control across specialist contractors.

The project reflects Friel Welch's ability to integrate project management, design coordination and commercial expertise on complex fit-outs delivered to tier-one developer standards.
