Friel Welch was appointed by Woodvalley Builders to provide technical delivery and design management services for the comprehensive refurbishment and repositioning of a 25,660 sq ft industrial warehouse at Kingsland Business Park, Basingstoke for Legal & General.

Our role includes coordinating the consultant team, managing the design programme, driving technical resolution and overseeing design delivery throughout construction, ensuring the project is coordinated, compliant and aligned with the Design & Build programme.

The commission reflects Friel Welch's expertise in technical delivery and design management, supporting contractors in the successful delivery of complex refurbishment and industrial redevelopment projects.
